Castleberry Homes, Inc.

Custom Home Builder

In 2004, Jerry Castleberry, a lifelong resident of Jessieville, founded Castleberry Homes, Inc. in response to the need for an experienced, quality, economical, custom home builder in Hot Springs Village and the surrounding area.

Jerry began his home building career in 1976 working for Bennett Brothers Stone Co., where he was employed until 1984. He then joined Cooper Land Development, Inc., where he was responsible for the supervision and management of the construction of hundreds of homes ranging vastly in price, style and size, built on a wide variety of site conditions.

During the first 15 years with Cooper, he held the position of Building Superintendent with overall responsibility for the construction of a multitude of Cooper homes built in Hot Springs Village. In 2000, he assumed the position of Production Manager, and was responsible for the engineering, construction, estimation, and warranty departments of the company. In late 2004 Jerry left Cooper to pursue a lifelong dream and founded Castleberry Homes. His broad base of experience enables him to serve the needs of a demanding client and assure that the homeowner will get the quality home he or she desires at the lowest possible cost.

Jerry has built a sound reputation by only working with licensed, insured, highly-experienced subcontractors to ensure a first-class, quality home. He is on the work site nearly every day, overseeing construction.

Jerry's goal is to please his customers and to make their home building experience a pleasant and rewarding one. Those who have worked with Jerry have been not only pleased, but also impressed with his knowledge, work ethic, and his never-ending goal of making you, the customer, satisfied.

Jerry and his wife Dawn live in Jessieville, Arkansas. Their two sons, Josh and Jacob, also work in the construction trade in Hot Springs Village.
